Our returns policy is valid for 60 days. If your purchase was made more than 60 days ago, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be returned, the product must be unused and in the condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of product cannot be returned. For example, perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
Do not return products purchased from the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be given: (where applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for a reason that is not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Returns (where applicable)
Once we have received and checked the return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether the return has been approved or refused.
If the return is approved, it will be processed and the original credit card or payment method will automatically be credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for your refund to be credited.

Sale or promotional items (where applicable)
Only products at the normal price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not refundable.
Exchanges (where applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not indicated as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift sent the order to themselves with the intention of returning it later, we will send them a refund and they will know that you have returned their gift.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time taken to receive the exchanged product may vary.
If you are sending an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or insure your parcel. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
